How do you get targeted email leads for free!
We send business emails to potential clients, once in a year. But, of late, a number of business emails sent are thrown out, considering them as spam. The very purpose of sending mails are lost. How to reach the targeted persons without being thrown out as spam?

Where can I buy email lists?
I’m looking for a targeted email list of addresses for parents with teen age drivers for a service I sell that helps parents monitor their teen driver’s driving habits. I’ve found snail mail is not very cost effective and would try an email campaign but I don’t know where to get the email addresses.
