Yea, it’s despicable to make fun of someone who was disabled fighting for our country. How pathetic to make fun of a Vets injuries. I thought Obama was supposed to be above all of that nonsense. He is just like the rest of them.
NO, the reason he doesn’t use the computer is because he is out of touch with the world. As you know, as all people would know, there are NUMEROUS devices specifically developed for people with disablities, so that they don’t have to type. Typing isn’t the issue…..McCain’s living in the past is the issue.
He can type and use email. His disability with his arms is that he cannot raise them above his shoulders or head.
Last I checked, you usually type at chest or stomach level.

Barry’s attempt to persuade people because McCain doesn’t use email is really stupid. That is one of the more lame reasons Barry has brought up.
My husbands grandmother is 85 years old and e-mails me all the time. If she can do it, McCain can do it. I’m sure McCain has an aide e-mail Cindy, as he has said himself he knows NOTHING about computers. Computers are a vital part of our life in 2008. Don’t you think our PRESIDENT should at least know the basics? I certainly do.
It’s true. He is out of touch. He’s never had to work a blue collar job to support his family. He’s never had to worry about gas money or foreclosure. He’s never had to worry about paying for his own education or his childrens. The man is clueless about what most of go through in our everyday lives.

Is that all the Obama camp can come up with? if there is anyone here who will honestly take that into consideration that it will make them NOT want to vote for McCain due to these flimsy, low life insults, then I feel REALLY sorry for them. When McCain was asked which he prefers, a Mac or PC, he said neither because he doesn’t use a computer. It stems from his inability to type well, rather than an inability to learn.
With our country being in trouble Right now who the heck would care about e-mails. My vote will go to McCain and Palin if he never touches a computer. Obama needs to to grow the heck up, and his kool-aid supporters too. they are becoming a joke . to the average american, Glad I am finding out how petty they are. In an interview, Senator McCain admitted he doesn’t know how to use a computer. He said he was a computer illiterate who depended on his wife for assistance. Those are his words.
That being said, I don’t think that alone is reason to decide to vote for or against either one of the two candidates.
Obama will defeat himself. He has lost touch with reality and is literally loosing it. He has been campaigning for almost two years now and that is a major stress factor for such a young inexperienced person. McCain has also but he’s been doing this longer and knows how to pace himself. Obama’s hair is grayer and he is always looking tired now and being tired he will get sloppy and make many mistakes like he already has been doing and those mistakes will cost him the election
I know many people in their 30s and 40s who do not even own a computer. Are computer skills necessary for the President? Obama is really reaching to the bottom of the barrel. I doubt that waste of an ad will change anyones mind. Obama tells lots of lies in his ads as well as in his campaign speechs. Hes as nasty a candidate as you will find. Is that the “change” he talks about?
I cannot imagine that anyone with enough intelligence to vote, would be swayed from voting for McCain because he doesn’t use a computer. He is way too busy to waste time at a computer. I spend a lot of time on my computer, and I do not believe any of that makes me smarter and wiser. My husband does not get near a computer, and he is one of the most intelligent and vital person I know. When I want to get information I can do one of two things: google it or ask my husband. So far my husband is neck and neck with Google. Using or not using a computer is not a good bench mark for deciding if a person is out of touch or ready for the Oval Office. And, in my opinion, that was a really dumb ad.
The pettiness of these accusations are ridiculous. Obama keeps *saying* that he wants the race to be about real issues, then he harps on stuff like this.
