There are hundreds of other mortgage companies trying to recruit mortgage brokers too. I need some really creative/unique ideas on how to get the brokers to notice us. We already advertise via direct mail postcards, networking events, employee referrals, Monster and Craigslist ads but that doesn’t cut it anymore. We even pay 90-100% commission so it doesn’t get any better than that. What else can I say or do to get them to call? Any ideas would be appreciated!
