IF there was, of COURSE Yahoo would surely ADVERTISE it widely, and seekm publicity, probably on every one of their webpages!
That is a very very common scam/hoax – delete that email, and especially do NOT click any links it contains, as it’s probably endeavouring to steal your Yahoo id/password, if not worse.
